Delhi Airport to meet bond investors today


Delhi International Airport will kick off investor meetings in Singapore today before moving to Hong Kong and wrapping up in London on Friday for a US dollar-denominated debut bond offering. 

The issuer has mandated Citigroup and Standard Chartered as global co-ordinators. The pair will also act as joint bookrunners with HSBC and JP Morgan. 

The issue may come in a Reg S format and receive support from GMR InfrastructureBSE 0.00 %, according to sources. 

Delhi Airport has ratings of Ba1 from Moody's and BB from S&P, both with stable outlooks.
