Union Cabinet approves India-Spain civil aviation MOU

The aviation sector is buzzing with several new developments that will probably change the face of the sector in the coming few months. The government has already rolled out a slew of policies that are industry friendly and the ministry of aviation is also pumping in investment to build infrastructure to strengthen the skeleton of the entire aviation sector of the country.
 
Several foreign players are eyeing the emerging Indian aviation to market. Qatar airlines is eager to spread its wings in the Indian market. 
 
A crucial meeting of the Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister has given a nod to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to boost cooperation between India and Spain in the field of civil aviation, said a news report. 
 
"The MoU signifies an important landmark in the civil aviation relations between India and Spain, and has the potential to spur greater trade, investment, tourism and cultural exchanges between the two countries," the Union Cabinet said in a statement.
